Terms & Conditions of Wholesale Trading
Operational standards, Minimum Order Values, credit parameters, and delivery governance across South Sudan & GCC markets.
1. Ordering & Minimum Order Value (MOV)
All purchase orders are subject to formal written confirmation by the South Sudan Wholesale trade desk. Our standard Minimum Order Value (MOV) for multi-drop delivery across Juba and regional South Sudan hubs is $500 USD (or SSP equivalent) per delivery point. Buyers may consolidate food commodities, pantry staples, and commercial cleaning chemicals into a single order to satisfy the MOV threshold.
2. Pricing, Currencies & Invoicing
Unless expressly confirmed in writing under a long-term supply agreement, wholesale quotations are stated in US Dollars (USD) or South Sudanese Pounds (SSP) and are valid for 7 calendar days. Official commercial invoices are issued with every consignment detailing itemized batch numbers and delivery points.
3. Delivery SLAs & Cold-Chain Receiving Dock Protocols
Orders confirmed prior to 3:00 PM are scheduled for next-day dispatch (24h SLA) within Juba commercial zones and 48–72h for regional corridors via our temperature-controlled and dry logistics fleet. Upon delivery, the customer’s authorized receiving officer must inspect pallets, verify batch seals, and sign physical or digital Delivery Orders (DO). Any claims regarding damaged cases or discrepancies must be endorsed on the DO at the time of delivery.
4. Payment Terms & Corporate Credit Facilities
- Standard Accounts: Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance electronic bank transfer prior to depot release.
- Credit Facilities (30–60 Days): Available to established corporate and institutional accounts following credit evaluation and trade documentation review.
- Late Settlement: Default on agreed credit terms results in immediate suspension of fulfillment lines and assessment of standard administrative recovery charges.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Certifications Guarantee
South Sudan Wholesale guarantees that 100% of imported food lines comply with SSBS (South Sudan National Bureau of Standards) requirements, Halal frameworks, and relevant international food safety standards. Commercial detergents and cleaning chemicals are supplied with verified Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and clear handling guidance.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all commercial contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Sudan and the commercial courts of Juba.
